ANTI CORRUPTION AWARENESS CAMPAIGN HELD AT (CADC) SECRETARIAT , CHAWNGTE

24th September, 2026:  The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Mizoram conducted awareness programmes at Chakma Autonomous District Council (CADC) Secretariat, Chawngte on 24th September, 2026.  Pu Zarzoliana, Addl. SP, ACB, addressed the participants and sensitised them on corruption, its adverse impact on society, and preventive measures against corrupt practices.  At the CADC Secretariat, Chawngte, more than 300 participants attended the programme. Pu Nirupam Chakma, Chief Executive Member (CEM), CADC, attended as the Guest of Honour. The Addl. SP, ACB, sensitised government employees, public representatives and members of the public on their respective roles and responsibilities in combating corruption. It was emphasised that the fight against corruption is not the sole responsibility of government employees, but requires the collective efforts and cooperation of the public, students, government departments and public representatives.
