Case No.5/2025 Dt.16.09.2025  U/S 13(2)/12  r/w 13(1) (a) PC Act, (Amend), 1988 and 420/406/403 IPC was registered as Criminal case against Aizawl Smart City Limited (UD&PA) and M/s Zofa Consultancy Services for committing the offence of abetment and  cheating, criminal breach of trust, and misappropriation of funds respectively in the execution of the construction work for the steps/stairs improvement package No. MIZ-AZL-029/SSI/07 in Aizawl, Mizoram.

Case No.2/2025 Dt.21.04.2025 U/S 12, 13(a)&13(2) PC Act, 1988 and u/s 107/417/420/465/468/471 IPC was registered against the Village Council Members Khawkawn (dissolved) for criminal misconduct by abusing official position for claiming land compensation on the construction of NH 102B within Khawkawn village and two other civilians for abetment and preparation of  forged documents for fraudulent claim.

  for alleged criminal misconduct by forging, using fake as genuine and misappropriation of public money amounting to Rs 33, 77,500/- within Chawngtlai area by the VC members.

Ltd., Vikas Puri, New Delhi, Wg. Cmdr. Satish Aparajeet, CEO, Joint Venture NEIP Projects (P) Ltd. and, Ropeway & Resort Pvt. Ltd., Dwarka, New Delhi, Pu Vabeiha Hlychho, the then Director, Tourism Department for criminal misconduct by way of criminal breach of trust and misappropriating public money for the construction of Sky Walk and Ropeway where Rs 1317.80 Lakhs was released for construction of Ropeway while only Rs 1241.29 Lakhs was sanction by Central Govt. and Rs 283.50 Lakhs was released for construction of Sky Walk while only Rs 242.50 Lakhs was sanction by the Central Govt.
