A significant administrative milestone was achieved with the approval of a special incentive allowance. All police personnel on deputation to the Bureau, from all ranks to Group D employees, now receive an allowance equal to 12% of their basic pay, effective from November 1, 2025. This supersedes the previous restriction on 23.04.2021 which only allowed this benefit for personnel of Sub-inspector rank and above.
